SHIPPING POLICY

1. Delivery Areas

GLOSETT offers delivery within Thailand to addresses supported at checkout. Please provide a complete delivery address and a reachable telephone number.

2. Standard Domestic Shipping

For eligible products dispatched from stock in Thailand:

• Orders below THB 990: THB 100 per order.
• Orders of THB 990 or more: free standard shipping.

Free shipping is calculated using the product subtotal after discounts, excluding shipping charges.

Any exclusions or additional charges for special delivery services or locations will be displayed before purchase. Separate orders cannot be combined to qualify for free shipping.

3. Overseas and Pre-Order Products

Products dispatched from outside Thailand or offered on pre-order may have different shipping charges and delivery times.

The dispatch location, estimated delivery time, shipping fee, and responsibility for any import duties or taxes will be disclosed before purchase.

The standard domestic shipping offer does not apply to these products unless expressly stated.

4. Processing and Delivery Times

Estimated dispatch and delivery times are provided on the product page or during checkout before purchase.

For products requiring sourcing or pre-order processing, the additional waiting period will be disclosed before purchase.

Weekends, public holidays, customs clearance, and carrier disruptions may affect delivery. We will notify you of material delays and explain the available options.

Delivery delays do not remove your rights under applicable law.

5. Tracking and Delivery Issues

We will provide shipment confirmation and tracking information where available.

If your parcel is missing, damaged, or contains an incorrect product, please contact us with your order number. We will investigate and provide an appropriate remedy.

If an incorrect address or missed delivery requires redelivery, we will explain any applicable cost before arranging it. No undisclosed charge will be imposed after purchase.

Returns and refunds are handled under our Return and Refund Policy.
